Spring Retreat 2023

At the beautiful Anchor House in Hot Springs, AR April 13-16, 2023.

Our retreat to the beautiful Ouachita Mountains. Guests visited Garvan Woodland Gardens and explored Bathhouse Row in addition to the various yoga styles during the retreat.
